【Properties and application】

1. This product is insoluble in water but disperses in hot water. It is an excellent w/o emulsifier with excellent emulsifying, dispersing, and lubricating properties. It is also an excellent stabilizer and defoamer.

2. In the food industry, it is used as an emulsifier in the production of beverages, candies, ice cream, bread, pastries, malted milk, margarine, chocolate, etc.; in the textile industry, it is used as an antistatic agent and a component of softening oils for acrylic fibers; in the food, pesticide, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, coating, and plastic industries, it is used as an emulsifier and stabilizer; and as an anti-fogging agent for films such as PVC, EVA, and PE. The usage level for PVC is 1.5-1.8%, and for EVA is 0.7-1%.
