【Properties and application】

1. It is readily soluble in various solvents, including water, methanol, ethanol, and isopropanol, but insoluble in animal and mineral oils. It exhibits emulsifying, diffusing, solubilizing, and stabilizing properties.

2. This product is non-irritating and is primarily used in the food industry for making cakes, ice cream, shortening, and other ingredients.

3. It can also be used as an emulsifier for mineral oil, a solvent for dyes, an emulsifier for cosmetics, a stabilizer for foam plastics, an emulsifier, diffusor, and stabilizer for pharmaceuticals, and an additive for photo emulsions.
