【Properties and application】

It is non-toxic and non-irritating, and has good detergency, emulsification, dispersibility and water solubility. It has good biodegradability. It is the fastest growing and most widely used type of non-ionic surfactant. It is easily soluble in water and has excellent emulsification, cleaning and wetting properties. It is used as wool cleaning agent and degreasing agent, fabric scouring agent and cleaning agent in the wool textile industry; it can be used as an important component of liquid detergents; it can be used as an emulsifier in the production of cosmetics and ointments; it has excellent emulsification, dispersibility and wetting properties for mineral oils and animal and vegetable oils; it can also be used as an emulsifier for glass fiber spinning oil.
