【Properties and application】

1. In the printing and dyeing industry, it is widely used as a leveling agent for direct dyes, vat dyes, acid dyes, disperse dyes and cationic dyes. It can also be used as a diffusant and stripping agent. The general dosage is 0.2~1g/L, with significant effects, increasing dyeing fastness and bright and uniform color. It can also remove the dirt on the fabric where the dye is dispersed and gathered, improve the detergency of ABS-Na synthetic detergents, and reduce the electrostatic effect of fabrics.

2. In the metal processing process, it is used as a detergent, which is particularly easy to remove surface oil stains, which is beneficial to the processing of the next process. It can also be used as a solubilizer (brightener).

3. In the glass fiber industry, it is used as an emulsifier to produce a fine and uniform lubricating oil emulsion, reduce the breakage rate of glass fibers, and eliminate the phenomenon of fuzzing.

4. In general industry, it is used as an o/w emulsifier, has excellent emulsifying properties for animal, plant and mineral oils, and the emulsion is extremely stable. For example, it is used as a component of spinning oil for synthetic fibers such as polyester; as an emulsifier in the latex industry and oil drilling fluid; this product has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, mineral oil, etc.; it is an emulsifier for polymer emulsion polymerization.

5. In agriculture, it is used as a penetrant for seed soaking to improve the penetration ability of pesticides and seed germination rate.
