【Properties and application】

1. This product is dispersed in water and emulsified. It can be dissolved in oils and used as an emulsifier for grease. It is a w/o type emulsifier.

2. In metal processing, it is used for cleaning, lubrication, polishing and rust prevention of ferrous metals and aluminum alloys.

3. In pesticide processing, it is used as a w/o type emulsifier for pesticides.

4. In the ink industry, it is used as a w/o type emulsifier for preparing inks, pigments and latex paints to enhance the color of pigments and improve their fluidity; adding 3~5% of this product to the coupling solution of pigment lakes can significantly improve the fluidity of the finished pigments and make the pigments bright and bright; as an emulsifier in ink manufacturing, adding this product when preparing inks with pigment oils can quickly emulsify the ink, facilitate kneading and pulping, and improve the luster and lubrication fluidity of the finished ink. The dosage is generally 2~6%.
