【Properties and application】

1. In the spinning process of fiber fabrics, phosphate esters are used as emulsifier stabilizers, especially under high alkalinity conditions, and are also one of the important 

components of synthetic fiber oils.

2. In the papermaking, plastics and leather industries, phosphate esters have the function of preventing static electricity accumulation and promoting rapid static electricity 

discharge, so they are widely used as antistatic agents for highly hydrophobic and highly hydrophilic systems.

In addition, phosphate esters have a wide range of acid, alkali and salt resistance capabilities, and can be used in chrome tanning or chrome retanning in leather 

processing, making the distribution of chromium salts in the leather more uniform, and making the chromium salts and leather combine with each other, with

 a "permanent" fat-liquoring effect.

3. In energy and building materials, phosphate esters can be used as automobile and automotive fuel additives to increase the combustion value of oil products and 

reduce energy consumption. They are used as stabilizers in polymer materials and can be used to prepare phosphate ester glass. They are suitable for treating coupling 

agents for fillers such as calcium carbonate.

4. Among processing aids, phosphate esters are a multifunctional plastic processing aid. Due to its good plasticizing, stability, heat resistance, antistatic, anti-pollution 

and transparency, it has been widely used in plastic products for construction, furniture, mines, conveyor belts and transportation parts.

5. In addition, phosphate salts have excellent lubricity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, antistatic, low friction, emulsification, welding resistance, etc. It can be used as 

cutting oil, wire drawing oil, etc. It can also be formulated into oil-soluble and water-soluble emulsions, and has corrosion inhibition properties.
