【Performance and characteristics】

1. This product is soluble in common organic solvents and disperses in aqueous emulsions, exhibiting excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties.

2. This oil-in-water motor oil emulsifier possesses exceptionally strong emulsifying properties, easily emulsifying various types of motor oil. The product is a microemulsion with a blue hue and excellent stability.

3. It is easy to use and the emulsification process is simple; only stirring equipment is required to produce emulsified motor oil.

4. Its nonionic properties provide low irritation and allow for easy formulation.

5. Recommended dosage: 10%-15% of the total motor oil volume.

【Application】

According to the required solid content, add the measured emulsifier and engine oil into the emulsification kettle in sequence. The amount of emulsifier is 10-15% of the engine oil. Stir evenly. Add the measured water and stir evenly to obtain a milky white engine oil emulsion (for reference).
