【Properties and application】

1. This product is soluble in water and is nonionic in alkaline or neutral media, but cationic in acidic media, exhibiting excellent leveling and diffusion properties.

2. It is primarily used as a leveling agent for acidic metal complex dyes, reducing the amount of sulfuric acid used in the dyebath and minimizing fabric damage. It can also be used as a leveling agent for neutral and vat dyes. It effectively controls instantaneous dye uptake and dye migration, and facilitates rapid dyeing at high temperatures.

3. It is used as a leveling agent for wool, linen, silk, and synthetic fibers. At higher concentrations, it becomes an ideal stripping agent. It can be used as a stripping agent for wool and nylon fabrics, improving the appearance of wool by stripping and leveling dyeing. It can also enhance the abrasion fastness of fabrics in ice dye dyeing and printing.

4. It can be used as an additive in viscose fiber cord production to increase cord strength, improve viscose filterability and processing, and increase the single filament strength of the cord, reducing the spinneret change rate by approximately 20-40%.

5. Used as emulsifier, antistatic agent and dispersant in textiles.
