Properties and application

1. This product is miscible with cold water, ethanol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, benzene, ethyl acetate and other organic solvents.

2. It has good thermal stability and chemical stability.

3. It has the function of eliminating foam and inhibiting foam regeneration.

4. The defoamer contains a high amount of active matter. When using it, it can be mixed evenly with 1~2 times its own cold water, 

and then diluted to a certain concentration before application. This can disperse evenly, avoid agglomeration, and improve the defoaming effect.

5. The amount of defoamer can be determined according to the process requirements. For printing and dyeing processing, the general amount is 0.02%~0.1%. 

Usually, the bleaching process in the pretreatment needs to be added more than the general pretreatment; high temperature and high pressure dyeing, small bath 

ratio rapid dyeing and jet dyeing need to be added more than general roller dyeing and rope dyeing; printing process needs to be added more than other processing. 

It is advisable to add defoamer in small amounts and multiple times.

Packaging and storage

Store as common chemicals; in dry and ventilated place.Expiration date: 2 year .
