Chemical composition: polymer of aliphatic alcohol and propylene oxide

Type: nonionic

Characteristic and applications:

1. The product has stable performance, does not react with most cosmetic raw materials, is stable in acid and alkali medium, and can be mixed with anionic and 

cationic surfactants respectively; as softener, the product has certain lubricating, wetting, plasticizing, solubilizing and dispersing properties;

2. In the hair care products, it can partially or completely replace the white mineral oil, endow the hair with luster, and has the role of setting, and can be used 

as the plasticizer and thickener of hair gel resin;

3. In skin care products, it is used as a lubricant without greasy sunscreen to make the skin feel pleasant and dry; in skin lubricant, it can remove oil stains by using 

its solubility and wettability;

4. In bath products, low temperature transparent bath oil and hand sanitizer can be prepared;

5. In aerosol, it is used as anti adhesion agent and valve lubricant;

6. In beauty cosmetics, it can be used as the carrier of pigment to produce non greasy and non stick film; it can be used as pigment dispersant and coupling agent 

to couple a large amount of aromatic oil to make it soluble in mineral oil;

7. In the chemical industry, it is used as an intermediate for the synthesis of surfactants with special properties. For example, when spo-20 is connected with ethylene 

oxide, the 1% aqueous solution will become thick colloidal near its cloud point, and will return to water after cooling.
